Billing Manager at Shoptet Czechia

Shoptet is the leading in central European e-commerce

My work included the management of client projects, payments, and balances. Basically anything including money or billing. I learned how to modify invoices, support customers and creating financial reports.

Projects:

Accounts payable system automation software development (2024)

At Shoptet, I used platforms such as ABRA (very similar to the Australian market standard Xero), Salesforce, and the company’s CRM system. I also had the liberty to come up with concepts and bring them into practice through different projects I personally managed.

Developing an automation concept that I came up with and developed initial drafts of the automation. In further stages I oversaw the potential implementation and resolved technical challenges on both the client and firm side. Project was monitored by CFO.

Implementation of a depatment specific GPT language model (2024)

Implementing an AI language model as a tool for the finance department. I researched the potential utility of AI in the workplace, developed a resource framework, trained, and finally tested the model. The final vision of this project is to implement the model as a platform and a tool company wide.

Account receivable system automation algorithm development (2024)

I developed and presented a sorting algorithm for received payments at Shoptet. This project was used as a guideline for the implementation of an automation solution.
